I was raised with three other children, all curly haired ruffians who love to read and create in different ways. My childhood memories include adventures with pirates , safaris across africa, travels through enchanted kingdoms, and all being done without ever needing to physically leave the comfort of our farm. Monsters living under the kitchen floor were greeted as old friends and fairies camping out in the woods were photographed and cataloged. At a young age I carried a pencil in one hand and a paint brush in the other with a conviction to turn our imaginations into a reality that the whole world could see with the naked eye. When I was old enough to explore the world with my feet as well as with my mind, encounters with the different realities that everyone in the world has to face only gave me a stronger urge to turn some of my perspectives and dreams into art. If I can share a good natured love of fun , cultural diversity and imagination in a sincere way then I hope to make the world a little better then I found it. Even if only the world imediatly around me, and then who knows, perhaps the world will leave me a little better then it found me as well.
